How to take Knowell?

It’s totally up to you! We formulated Knowell to work around you. So you can take all four capsules together or split them up over the day. We prefer to take ours all together in the morning, so we don’t forget… but that’s just a team habit!

Can I use Knowell if I'm pregnant?

We are not healthcare practitioners or providers, so we legally cannot provide you with any medical advice. We recommend reaching out to your physician before taking any dietary supplements.

How and where should I store Knowell?

Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Can Knowell be taken with prescription medication?

As with all medications, we suggest checking in with your physician first to be sure they are a good match!

How do subscriptions work and can I cancel easily?

We believe that our Knowell supplement, alongside diet, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle, are cornerstone tools for building overall hormone health. By signing up for a subscription, you’ll easily be able to build Knowell into your routine.

But we want you to feel good about what you’re taking. You can cancel your subscription easily from your account at any time. Or you can reach out to us directly to cancel, simply email us at team@knowell.com.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Sorry but not at the moment. We are planning our global expansion, so please do keep checking back.

What is your returns policy?

Making a return at knowell.com is easy. Please email us at team@knowell.com within 30 days of receiving the product and we will send return instructions.

Please note, as our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. Shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
